Developing the product to the client’s specifications:
Once all critical path deliverables have completed production, DSI and the client will coordinate the prioritization and implementation of any backlogged enhancements, add-ons, extensions, etc.
Newly implemented components will adhere to all aforementioned Phases (where deemed relevant).
During the support and maintenance phase, DSI will assign a Senior Engagement Manager to serve as the client's single point of contact. Recurring status meetings will be held to review resource consumption, priorities, work items and blockers.
